Corporate & Community Outreach

As members of the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility, Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire, our agency believes that you can "do well while doing good". Our goal is to support all New Hampshire residents (K-12 students, adult learners and graduate students) in the pursuit of higher education with materials, advice and expertise. Our Community and Corporate Outreach Programs are designed to provide those you serve and your employees with information, helpful tools and expert advice about the college process. The workshops are free and do not promote or sell any products or services and can be scheduled during work hours for brown bag lunches or in the evenings.

To arrange a workshop for your employees, or for additional questions, please contact CCP toll-free at 800.525.2577 x119 or register online using the form below.

Workshop Descriptions

It is never too early to begin preparing (academically or financially) for a college education. Parents will get a head start by attending this evening program which provides them with the college planning and savings basics necessary to support their children's goals for education beyond high school. Attendees will receive an Early College Planning Guide.

It is never too early to start to plan for a college education. During this presentation, we share strategies for academically preparing for college. In addition, helpful tips on researching colleges and majors are discussed. A preview of the financial aid process completes this program. Attendees will receive a copy of the College Insider.

Selecting colleges and applying for admission can be overwhelming. There are applications to be completed, deadlines to meet, essays to write and policies to understand. This session is intended to educate the student and family about the college admission process. Topics include: narrowing your list, questions to ask on a college tour, college essay pointers, the application timeline and the basics of financial aid. Attendees will receive The College Insider.

While financial aid can make college more affordable, parents and students are expected to take primary responsibility for paying for postsecondary education. In this session, we will address options for managing college costs, applying for financial aid, and discuss college funding options. Attendees will receive the Financial Aid Insider.
