New Vice President at Concord Nonprofit

Concord, NH - Granite State Management & Resources (GSM&R), one of The NHHEAF Network Organizations, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Bowen to Vice President, Corporate & Servicing Project Management.

Mr. Bowen joined the Organization in 2008 as Senior Business Systems Analyst and was promoted in 2010 to Assistant Vice President of Corporate and Servicing Project Management. “Throughout his five years, Ken has been instrumental in implementing a new hosted account management system for student loan customers of the Organization and ensuring business requirements needed for an essential Direct loan student loan servicing contact were completed successfully,” stated René Drouin, President & CEO of the Organizations. “Ken’s project management skills are an asset to the success of our organization.” Ken is responsible for managing any change in business requirements at the organization across all departments and acts as a liaison to Federal Student Aid at the US Department of Education. Ken, a NH native was raised in Hudson, NH, and is a graduate of Bishop Guertin High School. He received a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and also holds certificates in Telecommunications from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Analysis from the University of Colorado at Boulder and Project Management from Boston University. In his spare time, Ken enjoys rooting for New England sports teams and riding motorcycles. Ken, his wife and two children, ages 4 and 21 months, reside in Merrimack.
