Why Freshman Orientation?
With only a handful of weeks before you start college classes, freshman orientation is your opportunity to visit campus and participate in different educational, social, and practical activities that get you ready for the adjustment to college life. At some colleges, orientation is where you'll register for classes, get your college I.D. and even meet your roommate(s). Check out how University of New Hampshire, Colby-Sawyer College, and NHTI ‑ Concord's Community College host their Freshman Orientation programs.
