


We recognize, as a foster youth or youth-in-care, how hard you work to overcome road blocks throughout your life. And at times, you have had to go it alone. Our goal at the Center for College Planning is to help reduce some of these road blocks and help make your journey to higher education an easier and more enjoyable one! You don't have to do this alone, we can help.

Students Transitioning through Achieving Results is the newest program offered by the Center for College Planning. In collaboration with the Division of Children, Youth & Families in New Hampshire, we have designed a program that will provide resources for foster youth and youth in care.
