Do you have the support of your family?
Will further education improve your chances for promotion?
Can you balance family, work, school and other responsibilities?
Is there flexibility in your schedule or can you take classes only when your schedule permits?
Will your employer provide tuition assistance?
Can you devote the time and energy needed to complete the program?
