The NHHEAF Network Organizations’ Sponsorship Policy

At the NHHEAF Network Organizations (The Organizations), we strive to promote causes that support higher education within our community.  We are dedicated to our charitable mission and reserve sponsorship dollars for this advancement.  We assess each sponsorship opportunity independently to determine if it aligns with our strategies and mission as well as applicable regulations.  Accordingly, all sponsorship proposals will be reviewed by the Vice President of Marketing & Communications in coordination with the Compliance Department. Certain proposals will be reviewed directly by the President & CEO.

Our sponsorship/philanthropic strategies include:

• Supporting causes within our community that encourage education beyond high school
• Providing our community access to free services that promote educational opportunity
• Increasing brand recognition and product awareness in our community
• Building meaningful relationships within our community

Unfortunately we are unable to approve all sponsorship proposals.  The Organizations do not engage in sponsorship opportunities that are considered prohibited activities under Federal regulation, or that are deemed a conflict of interest by the responsible departments. The following types of organizations or activities will be ineligible for sponsorship funding except under special circumstances:

• Amateur athletic organizations and/or athletes
• Fraternal organizations
• Hospital or health care facility fundraising events
• Individuals
• Individual K-12 schools
• Political parties, campaigns or candidates, partisan political organizations
• Sectarian, religious and denominational organizations
• Social organizations

To submit a proposal or for any questions regarding this policy, please contact the Marketing & Communications department via e-mail.
